1. About Us
This website is operated by ReformBody Ltd, registered in England & Wales.

2. Products & Availability

  • Accessories (weights, mats, bands, rings) are available for direct online purchase.

  • Reformers (Reform One™ and CoreSpace™) are available to purchase online. Delivery and installation are quoted separately after checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP, inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

  • Payment is taken at checkout for the product only.

  • Delivery and installation charges for reformers are invoiced separately after your order has been confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Accessories: dispatched within [X] working days (UK delivery, unless otherwise stated).

  • Reformers: delivery and installation arranged after purchase. Our team will contact you to confirm costs based on your delivery address and access requirements.

  • International shipping may be available on request.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Accessories (B2C): You have 14 days from receipt to request a return/refund, provided items are unused and in original packaging (UK Consumer Rights Act).

  • Reformers: As large equipment, reformers are non-returnable except in cases of fault or damage on delivery. Please contact sales@reformbody.co.uk for warranty claims.

6. Warranty

  • Reformers: 10-year frame warranty, 3 years springs, 2 years accessories.

  • Accessories: 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.

  • Exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modifications.

7. Liability
ReformBody Ltd is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by misuse. Reformers should only be used under qualified instruction.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
