A: Reform One™ is our professional-grade studio reformer, available in mocha or black upholstery. CoreSpace™ is our foldable reformer, designed for home use or smaller studios where space is limited.

Q: Do the reformers come with accessories?
A: Yes — each reformer includes a sitting box, jump board, straps, ropes, shoulder rests, and assembly tools.

Q: What warranty do you provide?
A: Reformers are covered by up to 10 years’ frame warranty, 3 years on springs, and 2 years on accessories. Pilates accessories (weights, mats, bands, rings) are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: Can I buy reformers online?
A: Yes — Reform One and CoreSpace can be purchased directly through our online shop. Delivery and installation costs are confirmed separately once we receive your address.

Q: Do you sell to both B2B and B2C?
A: Yes. We work with Pilates studios, gyms, wellness centres, and also sell direct to home customers.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout via Stripe.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Accessories are dispatched within 7 working days. Reformers are shipped from our UK warehouse and delivery times depend on your location. We’ll confirm details once we receive your address.

A: Yes — we provide professional installation for studio reformers, ensuring they’re assembled safely and ready for immediate use.
